Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Gunsandinks.com Tattoo Studio:

At Gunsandinks.com Tattoo Studio, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure that we can accommodate our clients needs while also maintaining our business operations.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice, we will refund your deposit in full. If you fail to provide us with 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. We will make every effort to accommodate your new appointment request, subject to availability. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, you may forfeit your deposit.

Refund Policy:
Amount once paid is non-refundable nor can be adjusted against any other tattoo or person.

Exceptions to Policy:
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
